Intellectual Property

Nicole Chu joined the Intellectual Property practice group of Wilkinson & Grist as an Associate in 2023. She was admitted as a Solicitor in Hong Kong in December 2023. Her practice of non-contentious intellectual property matters includes trademark clearance searches, registration and prosecution in Hong Kong, China and overseas. She also handles company portfolio of Hong Kong and foreign clients which involves advising on pre-filing strategy, trade mark prosecution and enforcement of IP rights. Her contentious work involves opposition, non-use cancellation, invalidation proceedings as well as Customs matters and domain names disputes.
